At Cocooza, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We hope you love what you receive—but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

📦 Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.
This is because each order is custom-printed or hand-finished specifically for you. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund—subject to the following conditions:

To qualify:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Email us at cocoozadecor@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A clear 360° unboxing video (showing the package being opened, full product, and any visible damage)

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we verify the issue, we’ll initiate the replacement or refund process.

🔁 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

Please Note:

Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preference.
